Toys “R” Us is one of those companies that we think need no introduction, but just in case: it is the leader of the toys and children’s products industry, with stores in several countries around the globe. Toys “R” Us is known for its wide selection of toys, games, baby products and other items related to boys and girls of all ages.

Their main objective was to get their promotional websites fully integrated with their CRM. Thus, they decided to collaborate with our team to design and implement custom landings. WhenToys “R” Us order came to us, our first thought was to gather the best possible team to analyze the briefing and focus the project.

After studying the clients initial proposal, we suggested an alternative which allowed to define a more solid system for future promotions and not an ephemeral project for only two specific promotions.

The challenge

The client’s initial idea was scrapped after the project consulting meeting. The objective was not only to make a one-time collaboration for a campaign but to leave the promotional Landing system prepared in the most efficient way so that the model could be used as many times as necessary.

Integrate the information received through the landing with the customer’s CRM.

Design and develop landings that allow participants in promotions to attach content to the contest such as drawings, photographs and others.

Improve the user experience and the perception of the brand.

Monitor and optimize the performance of the campaign landing pages.
