Regardless of who has made the store, if it has important customizations, such as integration with management software, purchased modules, Prestashop core customizations, etc., it shall be communicated in the first task requested by the client.

Hours control portal

For the control of hours, work development, and feedback, we have a specific portal where you can create tasks, create discussion and conversation threads about each task, view the time spent on each task, and the overall time used so far.

Each task request required by the client will go into production within a maximum period of 15 days (normally we try to attend to them in the first 24 working hours) after receiving the request. You must try to bring together all the possible tasks in each request.
