Apps Shopify
  • Product Reviews App for Shopify with Photos, Star Ratings and Q&A
Collect real reviews and show them where your customers make up their minds. LG Product Reviews App & Q&A asks every buyer for their opinion a few days after delivery, collects reviews with photos and displays them on your Shopify store with star ratings, carousels and questions and answers. The free plan limits neither reviews nor orders.

Verified reviews your customers can trust

The verified purchase badge only appears when Shopify confirms that the author bought the product: a logged in customer, the customer account or the link of the review request email for that order. An email typed into a form verifies nothing. Shoppers can read how reviews are verified and, if you give a thank-you coupon, those reviews are labelled, as the EU Omnibus Directive requires.

Review request emails in each customer's language

A few days after delivery, the app writes to the buyer in the language they used to shop and links to a page where they rate the products of their order in a minute. You choose how many days to wait, whether to write only to customers who accept marketing emails and the sender name. The email asks for an honest opinion, never for a particular rating, and has one-click unsubscribe.

10 widgets in your colors, Google star ratings and Q&A

Stars on product and collection pages, a review list with photos, a testimonial carousel, a photo gallery, a store reviews wall and badge, and questions and answers. You add them from the theme editor without touching code, with your colors and your CSS. The average rating goes into the structured data so Google can show stars in its results.

Moderation, import and data hosted in the EU

Approve, reply to and feature reviews from a panel with automatic rules. Import your reviews from Judge.me, Loox, Yotpo and other apps by CSV and export yours whenever you want. Data is hosted in the European Union and deleted when the customer or the store asks, in line with the GDPR. Excellent support, always available, 24/7, at appsupport@lineagrafica.es.

    Plans and pricing

    • Free: unlimited orders and reviews, photos, verified purchase badge, all 10 widgets with your colors and CSS, questions and answers, Google star ratings, CSV import and export and 100 review request emails a month, with a discreet "Reviews by LG" mention.
    • Pro, $3.99/month or $39.90/year: unlimited request emails and reminders, automatic thank-you coupon, Google Shopping review feeds, Klaviyo and Shopify Flow, unlimited attributes and no mention.

The Pro plan has a 30-day free trial. Shopify Plus stores pay $6.99/month or $69.90/year. Stores billed in euros pay the same amount in EUR.

    Frequently asked questions

Does the free plan limit orders or reviews?

No. You collect and show as many reviews as you want with no subscription or card. The only limit on the free plan is review request emails: 100 a month.

How do I know a review comes from a real buyer?

The verified purchase badge only shows when Shopify confirms the order of that product: logged in customer, customer account or the link of the review request email.

Can I bring my reviews from another app?

Yes. Import the CSV from Judge.me, Loox, Yotpo and other apps, and export yours at any time.

    Is it GDPR compliant?

Data is hosted in the European Union, emails have one-click unsubscribe and a customer's data is deleted when they or the store ask Shopify. After uninstalling, everything is deleted within 48 hours.

  • Free EU Withdrawal Button & Form for Shopify (Directive 2023/2673)
Free and unlimited, forever: everything the law requires for withdrawing from an online purchase, with no cap on requests and no card. The Pro plan ($3.99/month) only adds automated cancellations, returns and refunds.

Since 19 June 2026, every online shop selling to consumers in the European Union must offer a withdrawal function: a button that stays visible for the whole withdrawal period, a two-step form and an acknowledgement of receipt with date and time. This app adds it to your Shopify store in minutes, with the official wording of Directive (EU) 2023/2673 in all 24 EU languages.

What Directive (EU) 2023/2673 requires and how the app covers it

    • “Withdraw from contract here” button, always visible and with no login: floating button in the theme, on the thank-you page, the order status page and the customer account.
    • Two-step form that only asks for name, order (optional) and email, with the “Confirm withdrawal” button.
    • Acknowledgement on a durable medium: an email to the customer with what they declared, the date and the time.
    • 14-day period counted from delivery, with a notice when a request arrives late (it is never blocked).
    • Withdrawal policy and model form (Annex I-A and I-B) generated with your details.
    • Article 16 exceptions: personalised, perishable, sealed or digital products.

Less work on every return with the Pro plan

With Pro, if the order has not shipped yet, the app cancels and refunds it automatically. If it has shipped, it opens the return in Shopify and, once the parcel is back, you refund in one click from the request. Everything is logged in the admin, with filters, statuses and export.

Data hosted in the European Union and 24/7 support

The app and its database are hosted in the European Union. Your customers' personal data is stored encrypted and handled in line with the GDPR: it is erased on request and when the app is uninstalled.

And you are never on your own: our support is excellent, immediate and always available, 24/7. Write to us at appsupport@lineagrafica.es.

    Plans and pricing

    • Free and unlimited: everything the law requires, forever and with no cap on withdrawals: button, form and receipt in 24 languages, policy page and model form, your own period and Article 16 exceptions.
    • Pro: $3.99/month or $39/year. Automatic cancellation, returns in Shopify Returns and one-click refunds, withdrawal reasons, button for EU visitors only, order tag and note, your own SMTP and email editor.
    • Business: $9.99/month or $99/year. Evidence PDF for every withdrawal, tamper-evident audit log, Slack alerts and a Shopify Flow trigger.

Pro and Business include a 30-day free trial. Plans are billed by Shopify in US dollars on your Shopify invoice.

    FAQ

Is the withdrawal button mandatory for my store?

Yes, if you sell online to EU consumers. Directive (EU) 2023/2673 applies from 19 June 2026. If the function is missing, the withdrawal period can be extended to 12 months and 14 days.

Does the customer need to log in?

No. The form works without an account and the statement is always recorded, even if the order cannot be found.

    Which languages are supported?

The button, form and receipt email are shown in the customer's language, in all 24 official EU languages, each with its official wording (“Vertrag widerrufen”, “Renoncer au contrat ici”, “Recedere dal contratto qui”…).

    Do I need Shopify Plus?

No. It works on every Shopify plan.

  • A–Z Brand Page App for Shopify (LG Brand Page)
Shoppers look for brands. LG Brand Page adds a page to your Shopify store with every brand from A to Z, with logos, search and an alphabet, built from your product vendors or from the collections you choose. Brands are unlimited on the free plan and the page keeps itself up to date.

A brands page that maintains itself

When you add, edit or delete products and collections, the brands page updates without you touching anything. The list is part of the page's HTML: it loads instantly, does not depend on external servers and search engines can read it. You get started in two clicks: the app creates the page, adds it to your menu and opens the theme editor with the block ready.

A collection for every brand, in one click

The app shows which brands have no collection and creates them for you: an automated collection per vendor, with a clean URL, its logo and linked from the brands page. You see the list before anything is created and you can undo it at any time, because the app remembers what it created and deletes only that. Better URLs for SEO than the vendor filter.

The brand on the product page too

A product page block shows the logo of the product's brand with a link to all its products. On the Pro plan it adds a "More from this brand" carousel to keep customers shopping.

    Designs, logos and featured brands

Pick one of 6 designs in the theme editor: classic list, logo grid, cards, compact, side alphabet and logo wall. Each brand uses its collection image or the logo you upload. With Pro you can feature up to 50 brands on your home page as a list, carousel or marquee, show how many products each brand has and filter by tags.

    Plans and pricing

    • Free: unlimited brands, A–Z page with search and alphabet, vendors or collections with automatic updates, logos, 2 designs, hide brands without stock, brand collections in one click and the brand logo on the product page. Shows a small "by LG" under the block.
    • Pro, €2.99/month or €29/year: no "by LG", all 6 designs, featured brands (list, carousel and marquee, up to 50), product count per brand, tags and filters, "More from this brand" carousel and CSV import and export.

Pro includes a 30-day free trial. Shopify Plus stores pay €5.99/month or €59/year. Outside the euro area the same amount is charged in US dollars.

    Frequently asked questions

Do I need to edit my theme code?

No. Everything is done with blocks in the Shopify theme editor, and nothing is left in your theme when you uninstall.

Where do the brands come from?

From the vendor field of your products or from the collections you mark as brand. You can switch between the two at any time.

Does it slow my store down?

No. The brand list is rendered by Shopify itself, inside the page, with no calls to external servers on each visit.

Which languages does it show in my store?

English, Spanish, French, German, Italian, Portuguese, Dutch, Polish and Romanian, following the visitor's language. Every text can be changed in the theme editor.

  • Mega Menu, Mobile Bottom Bar and SEO Breadcrumbs for Shopify
LG Mega Menu & Breadcrumbs (formerly NavSync) is the Shopify navigation app by Línea Gráfica: mega menus, a mobile menu with a bottom bar and breadcrumbs with structured data for Google, all from a drag and drop editor and without editing theme code. The free plan includes the mega menu.

A Shopify mega menu that does not slow your store down

Choose from 6 menu types (traditional with dropdowns, mega menu, sidebar and three burger menus) and build them by dragging collections, products, pages and links, up to 10 levels deep. Add banners, badges such as “New” or “Sale”, icons and featured products. The menu is rendered by your own theme from the data the app publishes, so your pages make no request to our server on load and the menu keeps working no matter what.

    Breadcrumbs with JSON-LD for SEO

Breadcrumbs show on collections, products and pages following the hierarchy of your menu, and carry the BreadcrumbList JSON-LD markup Google uses to show the path in search results. For stores in several languages, the app also generates the hreflang tags.

Mobile menu with a bottom bar

Turn on a navigation bar fixed to the bottom of the screen, like in an app: home, categories, search, account and cart with its counter. You choose the links, icons and colours, and whether it shows on phones only or on tablets too.

A different menu for each customer and each campaign

Show different menus by device, language, Market or customer tag (for example, a menu for B2B wholesalers). Schedule a menu or a link with a start and end date for sales or Black Friday, and check in the analytics which menu links get the most clicks.

Migrate your menu from PrestaShop, WooCommerce or Magento

Coming from another platform? Enter the address of your old store and the app brings its category tree as a menu, with the option to create the missing collections. It also imports your existing Shopify navigation in one click and comes with starter templates.

    Plans and pricing

    • Free: 3 menus with up to 500 items each, all 6 menu types (mega menu included), breadcrumbs with JSON-LD, mobile bottom bar, migration from other platforms, badges, banners and featured products. Carries a small “by LG” mention.
    • Pro: $2.99/month or $29/year. Unlimited menus and items, no mention, all store languages and hreflang, targeting by device, language, Market and customer, click analytics and scheduling by date.
    • Plus: $14.99/month or $149/year, for Shopify Plus stores. Everything in Pro and priority support.

Paid plans start with a 30-day free trial. Stores billed by Shopify in euros pay the same amount in EUR.

    Frequently asked questions

Do I need to edit theme code?

No. The menu, the breadcrumbs and the bottom bar are app blocks you add from the theme editor. It works with Online Store 2.0 themes.

Is the mega menu really free?

Yes. The Free plan includes every menu type, the mega menu too, and the breadcrumbs. It only limits the number of menus (3) and items (500 per menu) and shows a small “by LG” mention.

    Does it affect store speed?

The menu and the breadcrumbs are rendered with the theme from data stored in the store itself, with no requests to external servers on page load.

    Can I translate the menu?

Yes. The Free plan includes one translation language and the paid plans, all your store languages. The admin is available in English, Spanish, French, German, Italian, Portuguese and Dutch.

  • EU VAT Validation (VIES) and B2B Tax Exemption for Shopify
Your business customers enter their VAT number and the app checks it live in VIES. If the company is in another EU country, it buys without VAT; if it is in your country, it pays VAT as usual. And every order keeps the proof of the check, in case the tax office asks for it.

    What if VIES is down?

VIES goes down often. You choose what happens: don't exempt, keep the last valid check for a few days or exempt provisionally. The app retries on its own and re-validates VAT numbers periodically.

    Plans and pricing

    • Free up to 50 validations a month, with proof on the order, the cart and account blocks and manual validation.
    • Pro: €4.99/month or €49/year, with a 30-day free trial. Unlimited validations, Switzerland and Norway, VIES outages, re-validation, lists and country rules, EC Sales List and OSS reports and the checkout block.

    FAQ

    Do I need Shopify Plus?

No. The VAT number can be entered in the cart or the customer account on any plan. The block inside checkout is only available on Shopify Plus.

Shopify already validates VAT numbers at checkout. What does the app add?

Shopify's validation requires Shopify Tax and charges VAT when VIES doesn't answer. The app keeps the proof of each check on the order, handles VIES outages, re-validates VAT numbers, covers Switzerland and Norway and exports EC Sales List and OSS reports.

What is saved on each order?

The consultation number, date, VAT number, company name, tax treatment (reverse charge or export) and a legal note in the customer's language.

Where is the data stored, and what support do I get?

The app's data is hosted in the European Union and handled in line with the GDPR. Support is available 24/7 at appsupport@lineagrafica.es and from the Help page inside the app.

Selling on PrestaShop? See our EU VAT reports module: OSS, IOSS and VIES validation.

  • Back in Stock Notifications and Low Stock Alerts for Shopify
When a product sells out, the sale does not have to be lost. LG Back in Stock & Low Stock adds a Notify me button to the sold-out products of your Shopify store and, as soon as stock returns, emails the customer a link to buy. And it warns you before you run out.

Notify me when available, without editing your theme

The button is turned on with one click from the app and shows on product pages and on the product cards of collections, search and the home page. It works with Online Store 2.0 themes, including Horizon and Dawn. Customers leave their email and get the alert in the language they were browsing in: English, Spanish, German, French, Italian, Portuguese or Dutch.

You decide when and how many customers are notified

Set a minimum stock to notify, send in batches according to the units that arrive (so you don't email 500 people for 3 units) and send a reminder after 48 hours to those who have not bought. Analytics show which sold-out products are most wanted, how many alerts are clicked and the sales you recover.

Low stock and order alerts for your team

Get an alert when a product drops below the units you set, when a big order or a refund comes in, or when an order includes a given product, collection, tag or payment method, plus a daily or weekly summary of everything below your threshold. By email, Slack, Telegram, Microsoft Teams or webhook.

Data hosted in the European Union and 24/7 support

Your customers’ emails are stored on servers in the European Union. The form collects privacy consent and the app handles GDPR data export and erasure requests. And if you need help, our support team is always available, 24/7: write to appsupport@lineagrafica.es.

    Plans and pricing

    • Free: unlimited subscribers, 200 restock emails a month, button on product and collection pages, 5 merchant alerts by email and a daily summary. Carries the “by LG” branding.
    • Pro: $3.99/month or $39/year. 5,000 restock emails a month, unlimited alerts, Slack, Telegram, Teams and webhook, store-wide low stock, analytics, batches, minimum stock and reminder. No branding.
    • Business: $9.99/month or $99/year. Unlimited emails, SMS and push alerts, your own SMTP server and priority support.

Paid plans start with a 30-day free trial. Stores billed by Shopify in euros pay the same amount in EUR.

    Frequently asked questions

Do I need to edit theme code?

No. The button is an app extension that you turn on from the theme editor with one click. If you prefer to place the form in a specific spot of the product page, there is also a block for the product template.

In which language does the customer get the alert?

In the language they were browsing the store in when they signed up. All seven languages come with a ready-to-use text and you can change the subject, text and button of each one.

What if only a few units arrive and many customers are waiting?

On Pro and Business you can notify in batches: for example, two customers per unit that arrives, in order of request, and the rest a few hours later if there is still stock.

Do merchant alerts count towards the email limit?

No. The monthly limit only applies to the restock emails sent to your customers.

  • FAQ Accordion and FAQ Schema App for Shopify
Create the frequently asked questions for your Shopify store in minutes and place them where they are needed: on a help page, on each product page or in any theme section. LG FAQ Accordion & SEO Schema writes the questions, the answers and the FAQPage markup into the page HTML itself, with no external loading, and the free plan limits neither FAQs nor questions.

FAQs that search engines and AI can read

Most FAQ apps draw the questions with JavaScript after the page has loaded. Here Shopify renders them on the server: the text and the FAQPage schema (JSON-LD) are in the page source from the first moment. It is useful, structured content for search engines and for AI assistants such as ChatGPT, Perplexity or Google's AI answers, and your store stays fast because there are no calls to external servers.

A FAQ accordion on any page, without touching code

You add the block from the Shopify theme editor, choose the FAQ and save. You start from question templates about shipping, returns and payments in your language, and three ready-made design themes. Everything is responsive and accessible with keyboard and screen readers.

Product and collection FAQs, and a help center page with search

On the Pro plan you assign each FAQ to the products or collections you want, and the product block shows only the questions for that product: sizing for clothing, compatibility for spare parts, care for home decor. In one click you create a help center page that brings all your FAQs together in sections, with navigation and an instant search box, plus a contact link for anyone who cannot find their answer.

    Multi-language, import and export

Translate questions and answers into your store languages and each visitor sees them in their own. Import and export your FAQs as CSV to prepare them in a spreadsheet or move them from one store to another.

Data hosted in the European Union, GDPR and 24/7 support

The app and its database are hosted on servers in the European Union and it complies with the GDPR. It collects no data about your shoppers: the questions are rendered in your store's HTML and the shopper's browser never calls our server. It asks for no permissions at install either. And if you need help, our support is excellent and immediate, available 24/7 at appsupport@lineagrafica.es.

    Plans and pricing

    • Free: unlimited FAQs and questions, FAQ block on any page, questions and FAQ schema in the HTML, 3 themes, templates and an app in 7 languages, with a small "FAQ by LG" label.
    • Pro, €2.99/month or €29/year: no label, sections with navigation, FAQs by product and collection, help center page in one click, search box, translations, all themes and design settings, CSV import and export and a contact link.

The Pro plan includes a 30-day free trial. Shopify Plus stores pay €5.99/month or €59/year. Outside the euro area the same amount is charged in US dollars.

    Frequently asked questions

Does the free plan limit the number of questions?

No. You can create as many FAQs and questions as you like and show them on your store with no subscription or card.

Do I need to edit my theme code?

No. It installs with app blocks from the Shopify theme editor, and nothing is left in your theme when you uninstall.

    Does it help with SEO?

The questions and the FAQPage markup are in the page HTML, which is what search engines and AI assistants read. Google decides how it displays its results in each case; what the app guarantees is well-structured content that is readable without JavaScript.

Which languages is it available in?

The app is in English, Spanish, French, German, Italian, Portuguese and Dutch, and with Pro you translate your FAQs into any language of your store.

    Where is the data hosted?

On servers in the European Union. The app complies with the GDPR and collects no data about your store's customers.

  • Wishlist and Favorites App for Shopify
Your customers save their favorite products with one click, no account needed, and you win them back with email alerts when a product drops in price or is back in stock. LG Wishlist is the wishlist app for Shopify that installs without touching your theme and works from the first minute on the free plan.

A wishlist your customers actually use

The favorites button appears on the product page, in collections and in the cart. Customers get their own page with everything they saved, with price and availability, a header icon with a counter and a link to share their list. If they save as guests and log in later, they keep their favorites.

Price drop and back in stock alerts

Customers choose whether they want an email when a product on their list drops in price or is available again. Emails go out in their language, with your store name and a one-click unsubscribe link. You decide the minimum price drop worth an alert and, on the Business plan, send them from your own email server and add reminders with a discount code.

Know what your customers want to buy

The dashboard shows your most saved products and, on the Pro plan, how many orders come from products the buyer had on their list, with CSV export. If you use Klaviyo, the app sends it the events so you can build your own flows.

    Plans and pricing

    • Free: unlimited saved products with up to 50 per customer, 1 list per customer, guests, wishlist page, button on product, collection and cart, header counter, sharing by link and the most saved products report.
    • Pro, €2.99/month or €29.90/year: unlimited lists and moving products between them, no "Wishlist by LG" branding, price drop and back in stock emails (500 a month), conversion report, CSV and Klaviyo.
    • Business, €7.99/month or €79.90/year: 5,000 alerts a month, your own email server (SMTP) and periodic wishlist reminders.

Paid plans include a 30-day free trial. Shopify Plus stores pay €5.99 (Pro) and €10.99 (Business) a month. Outside the euro area the same amount is charged in US dollars.

    Frequently asked questions

Do I need to edit my theme code?

No. It installs with app blocks and an app embed from the Shopify theme editor, and nothing is left in your theme when you uninstall.

Can customers without an account save products?

Yes. Guests save their favorites and, when they log in, these move to their account. If you prefer to require an account, it is one checkbox.

Which languages does it show in my store?

English, Spanish, French, German, Italian, Portuguese and Dutch, following the visitor's language. You can change any text from the app, language by language.

What happens to the wishlists if I uninstall the app?

They are kept for a few days in case you reinstall, and deleted when Shopify requests it, as the GDPR requires.

FAQs about Our Shopify Apps

To boost conversions, the best Shopify apps include upsell and cross-sell tools like ReConvert, review solutions like Judge.me, and marketing automation platforms like Klaviyo. These tools allow you to personalize the shopping experience and maximize average order value.

The selection should be based on three pillars: business objectives (sales, logistics, or design), compatibility with your staff, and technical performance. It is essential to check the ratings in the App Store and verify that technical support is efficient to avoid conflicts in your store's code.

Yes, excessive installation of apps for Shopify can increase loading time due to the execution of external scripts. At Lineagrafica, we recommend performing a periodic technical audit to remove redundant apps and use speed optimization tools to improve the user experience (Core Web Vitals).

To optimize organic search rankings, it's vital to have applications that automatically manage image ALT text, rich data structure (JSON-LD), and broken link redirection. Tools like Plug in SEO or Avada SEO are industry standards for improving visibility on Google.

It is totally safe as long as they are downloaded from the official Shopify App Store, as they undergo rigorous security and privacy checks. However, it is always advisable to back up your theme before installing apps that significantly modify the design or checkout flow.
