Accessibility statement

Línea Gráfica, E.C.E. S.L. wants its website www.lineagrafica.es and its customer area (clientes.lineagrafica.es) to be usable by everyone, including people with disabilities, in accordance with Spanish Law 11/2023 of 8 May, which transposes Directive (EU) 2019/882 on the accessibility requirements for products and services.

Compliance status

This website is partially compliant with standard EN 301 549 and with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, level AA, due to the issues listed below.

Content that is not yet accessible

  • Some large headings on coloured backgrounds, such as those on the cards of the contact page, do not have enough contrast with the background (WCAG 1.4.3).
  • Some third-party content embedded in the website (chat, videos, external forms) may not be fully accessible.

We are fixing these issues. The expected date is 31/12/2026.

How we provide the service in an accessible way

  • The website can be navigated with the keyboard, with a visible focus, and buttons and icons have an accessible name.
  • Text can be enlarged up to 200 % without losing content.
  • Purchases are made in the customer area, and you can also make them with the help of our team by phone or email.

Preparation of this statement

This statement was prepared on 16/10/2026 based on a self-assessment: an automated analysis with axe-core and a manual review with the keyboard and with text enlarged to 200 %. It will be reviewed every year and whenever there are significant changes to the website.
