What is the Digital Kit aid program?

The Digital Kit program is an initiative of the Government of Spain, which aims to subsidize the implementation of digital solutions available on the market to achieve significant progress in the level of digital maturity.

The digital solutions provided by the Digital Kit are geared towards the needs of small businesses, micro-enterprises and self-employed workers, belonging to any sector or type of business.

How much is the aid?

The aid is granted in the form of a Digital Voucher. The maximum amount of aid varies depending on the size of the company .

The segmentation that distinguishes the Digital Kit program is the following:

  • Segment III . Small businesses or micro-businesses with between 0 and less than 3 employees. Maximum amount €2,000
  • Segment II . Small businesses or micro-businesses with 3 to less than 10 employees. Maximum amount €6,000
  • Segment I. Small businesses with 10 or less than 50 employees. Maximum amount €12,000

How can the digital voucher be spent?

For each segment and category, a maximum grant amount is reflected:
Small businesses or micro-enterprises with 0 to fewer than 3 employees, as well as self-employed professionals.
Small businesses or micro-enterprises with 3 to fewer than 10 employees.
Small businesses with 10 to fewer than 50 employees.
Medium-sized companies with 50 to fewer than 100 employees.
Medium-sized companies with 100 to fewer than 250 employees.

What services can you contract with us and are they included in the program?

Category of this solution: Category XI – Advanced Internet Presence

What this service includes:

  • Basic internet positioning: Positioning of basic business information, contact information and company profile on the main sites, business networks or business and professional directories.
  • Keyword Analysis: Managing, researching and analyzing keywords to develop useful strategies for search engines to rank content and help users find results relevant to their queries.
  • Competitor analysis: A competitor analysis must be carried out on a monthly basis to inform beneficiary companies of their situation compared to competitors.
  • On-Page SEO : The solution must offer a minimum service of two (2) On-Page SEO pages or sections, optimizing the structure and internal content to improve the natural position of the SME in search engines, as well as the indexing and hierarchization of the content.
  • Off-Page SEO : The solution must provide this service, which will involve the execution of actions outside the website environment to improve its organic positioning.
  • Monthly monitoring reports : The results of the actions carried out must be reported to raise awareness of the evolution and impact of the same on the beneficiary company's online presence.

Category of this solution: Category 3 – Social Media Management

What this service includes:

  • Social Media Plan : definition and implementation of a social media strategy aligned with the SME's mission and vision, which is relevant and connects with potential customers, and builds loyalty among existing users.
  • Social media monitoring: periodic monitoring and control through reference metrics of the impact of actions, to quantify the results and check whether the objectives set in the strategy are being met.
  • Network Optimization/Social Media Audit : analysis of the different social channels to optimize performance.
  • Social network management : administration of the SME profile/user on at least one social network.
  • Publication of weekly posts : publication by the digitizing agent of a minimum of 4-8 entries (posts) per month .

Category of this solution: Category XII – MARKETPLACES

What this service includes:

  • Preliminary study of alternatives and registration on the platform : Opening of an account and registration of the Beneficiary's profile, on his/her own, in at least one (1) Marketplace platform and in at least one (1) country.
  • Competitor analysis : Conducting market research focused on the characteristics of competitors to improve the decision-making process and achieve a competitive position.
  • Design and definition of the business strategy : Generation of the business strategy to achieve the desired objectives by directing the available resources towards that purpose.
  • Production of the reference catalog : Analysis of the categories to be marketed to select at least ten (10) products aligned with the business strategy, unless the Beneficiary does not have this number, in which case it may be less.
  • Creation of the listing content: Definition of at least ten (10) descriptions of the reference catalog, unless the Beneficiary does not have this number, in which case it may be less.
  • Creation of the listing content: Definition of at least ten (10) descriptions of the reference catalog, unless the Beneficiary does not have this number, in which case it may be less.
  • Upload of references: Upload of at least ten (10) references , and their respective descriptions and photographs, on the platform, unless the Beneficiary does not have this number, in which case it may be less, accompanied by the description and individual photograph of each product.

The amount of the aid will not include the cost associated with the subscription or registration on the Marketplace platform or the variable costs associated with the sale of the references registered on the platform.

What this service includes:

Domain Registration : registration of a new domain for the client benefiting from the aid for twelve months. Ownership of the domain will remain entirely the responsibility of the client.

Hosting for your website : hosting of the developed website for a minimum period of twelve months.

Creation and Design of the website : Creation of a website with WordPress technology, with a web structure with a minimum of 3 pages or sections, such as: home page (Landing Page), company presentation, contact form, service or product description, contact information, etc.:

  • Responsive web : The website will be prepared to adapt and be functional on all types of devices.
  • Accessibility : The design will be done on a theme/template that meets the AA level conformance criteria of the WCAG-2.1 Guidelines .
  • Self-manageable : The content management platform (WordPress in this case) for the beneficiary is designed so that the client is autonomous when modifying the content of their web pages, without the need to resort to the support of the provider company.
  • Basic internet positioning : Positioning of basic business information, contact information and company profile on the main sites, business networks or business and professional directories.

  • Invoices in structured format: you will have the possibility of issuing invoices in structured formats, at least in FACTURA-E format, to facilitate their automated processing.
  • Unlimited invoices: You can issue and receive an unlimited number of invoices.
  • Unlimited customers: You will have the ability to send invoices to an unlimited number of customers.
  • Unlimited products or services: You can create an unlimited number of billable products and/or services within the catalog.
  • Sending and receiving invoices: the solution implemented by your chosen Digitizing Agent will enable you to send and receive electronic invoices directly, at least by email.
  • Invoice customization: invoices will be customizable, including the selection of your logo.
  • Periodic backups: you can perform backups, with the possibility of at least a daily frequency.
  • Invoice storage/history: If you belong to segments I, II, or III, you will have at least 1 GB of storage for invoices. For segments IV and V, at least 10 GB of storage will be provided.
  • Integration with other solutions: the solution must have APIs or Web Services for integration with other tools, as well as allow manual data loading.
  • Invoice due date control: You will have a system for controlling invoice due dates.
  • Billing record generation: the solution will allow you to generate a billing record, simultaneously or immediately prior to the issuance of each invoice.
  • Issuance of verifiable invoices: the solution must enable the issuance of invoices, both on paper and electronically, that can be verified with the Tax Agency by the buyer.
  • On-site verification: the solution must allow on-site verification of the billing record by the competent authorities.
  • Declaration of responsibility: the solution must have a declaration of responsibility from the manufacturer or developer certifying that the software complies with current tax regulations.
  • Compliance: You will be able to ensure compliance with applicable regulations, specifically the Regulation governing invoicing obligations of Royal Decree 1619/2012, the requirements of article 29.2.j) of Law 58/2003, of December 17, General Tax Law and its implementing regulations, as well as any applicable regulations.
