1. EU Withdrawal Button – Directive 2023/2673

Adds the withdrawal button, mandatory since 19 June 2026, to the footer and the customer account. Customers withdraw online from the whole order or some items, get an email acknowledgement with a PDF receipt, and you approve or reject each request from the back office.

2. Returns and exchanges (RMA)

Handles each return from start to finish: the customer requests it per product, with reason and photos, from their account or as a guest; you approve it, receive the parcel and resolve it with a refund, store credit or a size or colour exchange.

How they work together

When a customer exercises the right of withdrawal and you approve it, the return opens automatically in the returns module, already approved and with the products of the request, without typing them again. The customer downloads the PDF return slip with the address and instructions from their account, and you receive the goods and refund with a PrestaShop credit slip.
