How does it work?

Do you need orders via WhatsApp?

Frequently asked questions

Which PrestaShop versions is the Línea Gráfica popup and announcement bar module compatible with?

It works with PrestaShop 1.7 to 9.2. In multistore, it saves announcements, buttons, popups and settings separately for each shop. It is compatible with the official PrestaShop GDPR module, which exports and deletes popup sign-ups.

What does this Línea Gráfica module do in a PrestaShop store?

It combines several tools in one module. You get newsletter sign-up, coupon and announcement popups, plus an announcement bar with a countdown and free shipping progress. It also adds floating WhatsApp, phone and email buttons. Stats show views, clicks and sales made with the coupon.

How does the newsletter popup discount coupon work?

It generates a unique discount code for each subscriber. The code expires after the number of days you set and is applied to the cart automatically. You can restrict it to customers who haven't ordered yet. Emails are added to the PrestaShop newsletter module (ps_emailsubscription) and can be exported to CSV.

Can I show an exit-intent popup or a prize wheel?

Yes. Popups can open after a delay, on scroll, on exit intent (mobile included), when a product is added to the cart, or from a link or button. You can offer a spin-to-win wheel or a scratch card, with the prize decided on the server. You can also run A/B tests between popups.

Do the popups interrupt checkout or cover the cookie banner?

No. Popups never open on their own during checkout or over the cookie banner. You can cap them per visit and show them only to new or returning visitors. On mobile they appear as a compact bottom panel. A tab lets visitors reopen a popup they closed.

Can I choose on which pages, to whom and when each announcement, button or popup is shown?

Yes. You can filter each announcement, button and popup by page, category, product, device, language, customer group, country, and logged-in or logged-out customers. You can also schedule them with start and end dates, days of the week and time slots.
