Frequently asked questions

Which PrestaShop versions does the Línea Gráfica order export to Excel module work with?

It works with PrestaShop 1.7 to 9 and supports multistore. It adds an Exports tab to the Orders menu and creates six sample exports on installation. It is translated into Spanish, French, Italian, German, Portuguese and Polish.

Which formats can I export orders to, and do the files open properly in Excel?

It exports to Excel XLSX with real numbers and dates, a frozen header row and autofilter, as well as to CSV, XML and JSON. For CSV you choose the separator, the BOM and the decimal separator. You can select columns, drag them into order and rename them.

Can it send the export to my accountant automatically?

Yes. Schedule exports by cron every hour, day, week or month, or run them when an order changes to the statuses you choose. The file is emailed as an attachment or uploaded via FTP, FTPS or SFTP, and is kept in an export history where you can download it.

Does it work for accounting and for Holded?

Yes. It generates the issued invoices register with one row per VAT rate and exports invoices with one row per line for import into Holded. It also exports credit slips and provides a token-protected live CSV link for Google Sheets, Excel or Power BI.
