Instant low stock alerts, free and with no variant limit

The app listens to Shopify inventory changes and alerts you as soon as a variant reaches your threshold: no waiting for a summary, no hourly stock checks. The alert is not repeated while the product stays low and re-arms itself when you restock. On the free plan it covers every variant in your store.

A threshold per variant and per warehouse

Set one threshold for the whole store and, for your fastest sellers, one per variant. On the Pro plan you can also set a threshold per location or warehouse, so you know which warehouse is running short even when the total looks fine. You can limit alerts to one collection, and archived products or products without inventory tracking never alert.

Alerts to Slack, Microsoft Teams, Telegram or email, plus a CSV report

Alerts arrive by email on every plan and, on Pro, in a Slack, Microsoft Teams or Telegram channel, or in your own system by webhook. Schedule a CSV stock report by email (daily, weekly or monthly) with everything at or below its threshold, ready to send to your supplier, and download it any time from the app.

For your customers: notify me when it is back and when the price drops

The Notify me button appears on sold-out products, on product and collection pages, with no theme code. When stock returns, the customer gets an email in their language with a link to buy. On Pro they can also ask to be told when the price drops, and you choose the minimum stock, sending in batches and a 48-hour reminder.

Will I get a hundred emails if a hundred products sell out at once?

No. Each variant alerts once until it is restocked and there is an hourly alert cap; you see the rest together in the summary or the CSV report.

Can I get low stock alerts in Slack or Microsoft Teams?

Yes, on the Pro plan. Connect the channel on the Automation page and each alert arrives as a message with the product, the variant and the units left.
