LG Product Reviews App & Q&A asks every buyer for their opinion a few days after delivery, collects reviews with photos and displays them on your Shopify store with star ratings, carousels and questions and answers. The free plan limits neither reviews nor orders.
Verified reviews your customers can trust
The verified purchase badge only appears when Shopify confirms that the author bought the product: a logged in customer, the customer account or the link of the review request email for that order. An email typed into a form verifies nothing. Shoppers can read how reviews are verified and, if you give a thank-you coupon, those reviews are labelled, as the EU Omnibus Directive requires.
Review request emails in each customer's language
A few days after delivery, the app writes to the buyer in the language they used to shop and links to a page where they rate the products of their order in a minute. You choose how many days to wait, whether to write only to customers who accept marketing emails and the sender name. The email asks for an honest opinion, never for a particular rating, and has one-click unsubscribe.
10 widgets in your colors, Google star ratings and Q&A
Stars on product and collection pages, a review list with photos, a testimonial carousel, a photo gallery, a store reviews wall and badge, and questions and answers. You add them from the theme editor without touching code, with your colors and your CSS. The average rating goes into the structured data so Google can show stars in its results.
Moderation, import and data hosted in the EU
Approve, reply to and feature reviews from a panel with automatic rules. Import your reviews from Judge.me, Loox, Yotpo and other apps by CSV and export yours whenever you want. The Pro plan has a 30-day free trial. Shopify Plus stores pay $6.99/month or $69.90/year. Stores billed in euros pay the same amount in EUR.
Frequently asked questions
Does the free plan limit orders or reviews?
No. You collect and show as many reviews as you want with no subscription or card. The only limit on the free plan is review request emails: 100 a month.
How do I know a review comes from a real buyer?
The verified purchase badge only shows when Shopify confirms the order of that product: logged in customer, customer account or the link of the review request email.
Can I bring my reviews from another app?

Is it GDPR compliant?
