FAQs that search engines and AI can read
Most FAQ apps draw the questions with JavaScript after the page has loaded. Here Shopify renders them on the server: the text and the FAQPage schema (JSON-LD) are in the page source from the first moment. It is useful, structured content for search engines and for AI assistants such as ChatGPT, Perplexity or Google's AI answers, and your store stays fast because there are no calls to external servers.
A FAQ accordion on any page, without touching code
You add the block from the Shopify theme editor, choose the FAQ and save. You start from question templates about shipping, returns and payments in your language, and three ready-made design themes. Everything is responsive and accessible with keyboard and screen readers.
Product and collection FAQs, and a help center page with search
On the Pro plan you assign each FAQ to the products or collections you want, and the product block shows only the questions for that product: sizing for clothing, compatibility for spare parts, care for home decor. In one click you create a help center page that brings all your FAQs together in sections, with navigation and an instant search box, plus a contact link for anyone who cannot find their answer.
Multi-language, import and export
Translate questions and answers into your store languages and each visitor sees them in their own. Import and export your FAQs as CSV to prepare them in a spreadsheet or move them from one store to another.

Frequently asked questions
Does the free plan limit the number of questions?
No. You can create as many FAQs and questions as you like and show them on your store with no subscription or card.
Do I need to edit my theme code?
No. It installs with app blocks from the Shopify theme editor, and nothing is left in your theme when you uninstall.
Does it help with SEO?
The questions and the FAQPage markup are in the page HTML, which is what search engines and AI assistants read. Google decides how it displays its results in each case; what the app guarantees is well-structured content that is readable without JavaScript.
Which languages is it available in?
