Frequently asked questions

Which PrestaShop versions does the Línea Gráfica product options with prices module work with?

It works with PrestaShop 1.7 to 9 and saves options as native customizations, with no overrides and no separate cart. It is compatible with multistore and with the official PrestaShop GDPR module, and includes Spanish, French, Italian, Polish, German and Portuguese translations.

How is the price of each option calculated?

Each option is charged at a fixed price or as a percentage of the product price. Text can be charged per character, numbers per unit and width × height measurements per m², with a minimum area. The price is calculated and validated on the server.

Do the options appear in the cart, order and invoice?

Yes. The selected options appear in the cart, order, invoice and emails, with their price if you enable it. Orders keep their options even if the module is uninstalled, and a sales report per option lets you export to CSV.

What types of fields can I add to the product page?

Dropdowns, radio buttons, color or image swatches, checkboxes, text, text area, number, width × height, date and customer image upload. Each field can be shown only when another option is selected or for a specific product combination.
