Frequently asked questions

Does the Línea Gráfica Redsys module let me accept Bizum payments in PrestaShop?

Yes. It accepts card payments through your bank's Redsys virtual POS and Bizum payments through Redsys. It supports 3D Secure strong customer authentication (3DS 1 and 2) and is compatible with PrestaShop 1.7, 8 and 9 (up to 9.2, the latest version) and with multistore.

Can I refund card and Bizum payments from PrestaShop?

Yes. You can issue full or partial card and Bizum refunds from the order itself, without logging into the Redsys portal, and it keeps a refund history for each order. When you create a refund in PrestaShop, the module also processes it in Redsys automatically.

What happens if a customer abandons the payment or their card payment fails?

You can email them a payment link to recover the payment. Reminders are configurable, and the order includes a “Send payment link” button. The module also offers one-click payment with a card stored by Redsys. Your bank has to activate this option first.

Can I use several virtual POS terminals or add a surcharge or discount per payment method?

Yes. You can use several virtual POS terminals from different banks in the same store and create several payment methods, each with its own discount or surcharge. You can show each method by customer group, minimum or maximum amount, currency and country.

How do I check that the virtual POS is installed correctly?

A “Check installation” tab reviews the SSL certificate, the notification URL and the virtual POS details, and includes a troubleshooting guide for common issues. The module also has test and live environments, plus a debug mode that works per cart.
