Which PrestaShop versions is the Línea Gráfica quote module compatible with?
It works with PrestaShop 1.6.1 to 9.2. The Línea Gráfica module adds a button to the cart to save it as a named quote, a My quotes section in My account and a Quotes section under Orders in the back office.
Can customers review and accept a quote without logging in?
Yes. Each quote has a secret link that opens without logging in. From it, customers can change quantities, remove or add products, download the PDF and accept the quote with a single button. A cart is then created with the agreed prices and the customer goes to checkout.
Are the agreed prices kept when the quote is converted into an order?
Yes. On acceptance, a cart is created with the agreed prices, which apply only to that cart. The quote is marked as ordered once that order is validated. If a product is no longer available in the quoted quantity, the module warns the customer when they accept.
How does the store manage quotes from the back office?
From the Quotes section under Orders, with a list you can filter by name, email, status, validity and date. You can create quotes with an agreed price per line, assign a customer, language, currency, validity and notes, and send them by email with the PDF attached and the link.
What happens when a quote reaches the end of its validity period?
A cron task automatically expires overdue quotes based on the number of validity days you set. Before that, the module sends the customer a reminder on the days you choose. The store also gets an email when a customer saves, edits or accepts a quote.
Does it work with multistore and multiple languages, and does it support GDPR?
Yes. It saves and lists quotes per shop in multistore, lets you write the quote terms in each language and includes emails in Spanish, English, French and Italian. For GDPR, it exports and deletes the customer's quotes, and removes them when their account is deleted.
