• The customer saves their cart as a quote, or you create one under Orders > Quotes with an agreed price per line.
• The quote is sent by email with the PDF attached and a personal link.
• From the link, the customer changes quantities and removes or adds products, without logging in.
• Clicking “Accept quote” creates their cart at the agreed prices, and they complete the order at checkout.
• You track the status of each quote (sent, accepted, ordered, expired) and get notified whenever the customer takes action.
