Set up free shipping easily

Our module lets you offer free shipping based on 6 conditions, which you can combine or use separately:

  • The geographical zone
  • The carrier
  • The minimum order amount
  • The minimum order weight
  • The maximum order amount
  • The maximum order weight

Note: If a customer uses a discount code, free shipping is based on the order total with the discount appliedHow does it work?Just fill in a table listing all the geographical zones and all the carriers configured in your PrestaShop store, entering the minimum order price and weight for each zone and carrier.

  • Free shipping is disabled for zones and carriers with 0 in all 4 values (0.00 | 0.000 | 0.00 | 0.000)
  • To set up free shipping, you need to enter at least one value for the zone and carrier (you don't have to fill in all 4)
  • E.g.: if you have "Minimum price: 50.00" and "Maximum price: 0.00", shipping will be free from 50 upwards with no limit.
  • E.g.: if you have "Minimum price: 0.00" and "Maximum price: 300.00", shipping will be free from 0 up to 300.

How do I set up free shipping by zone and carrier in PrestaShop?

With the Línea Gráfica free shipping module, you create a rule for each zone and carrier combination. Each rule can set a minimum or maximum order amount, tax included or excluded, and a minimum or maximum weight. It is compatible with PrestaShop 1.7 to 9.2.

Can it show customers how much more they need to spend to get free shipping?

Yes. It shows how much is left to reach free shipping on the product page, in the add-to-cart pop-up and in the cart. It appears as a banner or a progress bar, and you can set the text and colors.

Can I offer a free gift or a discount at different spending tiers?

Yes. The tiered rewards bar offers free shipping, a free gift product, or a percentage or fixed-amount discount. Rewards are added and removed automatically based on the cart contents. They use native cart rules with no coupon codes and can vary by zone.

Does it also calculate shipping rates, or free shipping by postal code?

No. The module only handles free shipping, not shipping rates, and you cannot set rules by city or postal code. You can offer free shipping by continent, country or state/province, depending on how each one is assigned to your PrestaShop zones.

Does it work with multistore, and does it modify PrestaShop's code?

Yes, it is compatible with multistore and with PrestaShop 1.7 to 9.2. To calculate the shipping cost, it installs an override of Cart::getPackageShippingCost. You can also choose the store's default zone and the default carrier for each zone for visitors who are not logged in.
