Ask your customers for the data your shop needs: at registration and in My personal information (VAT number, industry, date of birth, a certificate…) and at the payment step of each order (delivery slot, instructions, "it's a gift"…). Required or optional, per customer group and per language, and visible in the back office, in the order email and in the CSV export.

The data your shop needs, from registration

The PrestaShop registration form asks for the bare minimum, and the checkout does not let you add anything. With this module you create as many fields as you need, in two places: customer fields appear at registration and in My personal information and are saved in the customer's record; order fields appear at the payment step and are saved with each order. There are seven types (text, long text, drop-down list, single choice, checkbox, date and file) and each field can be required, validate what the customer types (email, phone, number, URL), limit its length and be shown only to some customer groups or in some languages: a VAT number only for trade customers, a question only in French.

Checkout fields that block payment until filled in

Files are uploaded with safe limits: only the formats you choose from a closed list, checking the real file type and with a maximum size, and they are stored outside the public folder and can only be downloaded from the back office. If an order field is required, the payment button will not continue until it is filled in, both in the native checkout and in One Page Checkout by Línea Gráfica.

Everything in the order, the email and your Excel

Everything the customer fills in is shown in their record and in the order, in the confirmation page, in the order history and in the order email (to the customer and to the shop), and you can export it to CSV for Excel or your ERP. No overrides, GDPR-ready (export and deletion of the customer's data) and tested on PrestaShop 1.7, 8 and 9. More info
