1. Choose the products

  • Filter by category (with subcategories), brand, supplier, price, stock, text, IDs, dates, on sale, with combinations, without image or without SEO.
  • Save the filters you use often and apply the change to all results or only to the ones you tick.

2. Choose what to change and check it first

  • Price, discount, stock, carriers, feature, SEO, status or categories.
  • The preview shows the before and after of every product and which ones stay the same.

3. Apply, schedule or undo

  • Apply now (in chunks, with a progress bar) or schedule a date and, if you want, a date to revert automatically.
  • From the history you undo any batch or download its CSV. Changes made later by hand are never overwritten.

Frequently asked questions

How do I change the price of many products at once in PrestaShop?

With the Línea Gráfica mass edit module, you filter your products and change their retail or cost price using a fixed value, an increase or decrease by percentage or amount, or a margin on cost. Prices can be tax included or excluded and rounded to .99.

Can I preview the change before applying it and undo it later?

Yes. Before you apply a change, a preview shows the before and after for each product. Each operation is saved as a batch in a history log. You can export it to CSV and undo it. Undo also covers stock, which is reverted by the difference.

Can I schedule a price cut for a set date and have it go back to the previous price automatically?

Yes. You can schedule a change for a specific date and set a rollback date, when it is reverted automatically. Scheduled batches run via a cron URL or a pseudo-cron in the back office, and you can cancel them.

Can it still move products between categories and assign them to categories?

Yes. As well as editing prices, stock, discounts, carriers, features and SEO, it moves products, assigns them to categories or removes them from categories while keeping control of the default category. You can filter by category including subcategories, brand, supplier, price, stock, and products with no image or no SEO.

Is it compatible with PrestaShop 9 and multistore?

Yes. The Línea Gráfica mass edit module is compatible with PrestaShop 1.7, 8 and 9 (up to 9.2, the latest version) and with multistore. It works without overrides and processes large catalogues in batches with a progress bar.
