Your trade customers already know what they want to order. With quick order they don't have to browse the catalogue product by product: they build the whole order on a single page and send it to the cart in one go.

Search and add by reference

  • Type the reference, EAN or name and pick the product from the suggestions.
  • For products with combinations, choose the option in the row or type the combination's reference directly.
  • The table shows the stock, the customer's price and the subtotal for each line.

Load a whole order at once

  • Paste a list of references and quantities, or copy two columns from Excel.
  • Or upload a CSV or Excel (.xlsx) file.
  • References that don't exist are flagged in a notice so they can be corrected.

Repeat and save orders

  • Load the products from a previous order with one click.
  • Save the table as a usual order list and load it for the next order.

Which PrestaShop and PHP versions does the Línea Gráfica B2B quick order module support?

It works with PrestaShop 1.7 to 9.2 and PHP 7.1 to 8.3. It adds a B2B quick order page to your store and places links to it in the navigation menu and in My account, so your trade customers can go straight there.

How do my trade customers add products to their order?

They can type the reference or EAN, search by name with suggestions as they type, paste a list of products and quantities, or upload a CSV, Excel (.xlsx) or TXT file. Combinations are supported with a selector, and all lines are sent to the cart in one go.

What happens to references that are not found when importing an order list?

The module generates a report of the references not found when the list is imported, so the customer knows which lines to check. Customers can import CSV, Excel (.xlsx) or TXT files, or paste a list of products and quantities, and they see stock in real time.

Can I restrict quick order to my B2B customers only?

Yes. Access is restricted to the B2B customer groups you choose, and you can require customers to log in before they can open the page. Each customer sees their group prices or their own prices, with or without VAT, depending on your settings.

Does it make repeat orders and selling in multiples easier?

Yes. Customers can repeat a previous order or save their regular order lists and load them whenever they want. You can also set sales multiples per product or per category, and the module respects the minimum quantity when applying them.

Is it GDPR-compatible for each customer's saved lists?

Yes. It is compatible with PrestaShop's official GDPR module: each customer's regular order lists are exported and deleted using that module's tools. It works with PrestaShop 1.7 to 9.2 and PHP 7.1 to 8.3.
