The PrestaShop AI Shopping Agents module gets your store ready for ChatGPT, Google AI Mode, Gemini and Perplexity to understand it, recommend it and send you the cart. It checks your JSON-LD structured data, llms.txt, robots.txt for each AI bot, the buttons an agent presses, WebMCP and the Google UCP protocol (Universal Cart), gives you a score from 0 to 100 and fixes it in one click. Compatible with PrestaShop 9.2 and with PrestaShop 1.7, 8 and 9, with no overrides.
Is your store ready for AI agents? Check it for free with our AI agent-ready store checker: it analyses any store in seconds, gives you the same score as this module and tells you what it would fix.
What AI shopping is and why it matters for your store
AI assistants no longer just answer questions: they search for products, compare prices, read shipping and return policies and fill the cart for the customer. This is agentic commerce. To choose your store, the agent needs data it can read without errors: the real price and stock of every variant, who sells, how much shipping costs and how returns work. If it can't find them, it recommends someone else.
Audit with a score and one-click fixes
The module goes through your store the way an agent would and shows a traffic light per area: buy, understand, trust and UCP. Each warning explains what is wrong and comes with a button to fix it, with undo. "Fix all" applies the safe fixes at once. You also get a product-by-product audit, a history chart, an email alert if the score drops and a PDF report with a shareable link.
JSON-LD structured data agents understand
It publishes Product JSON-LD with every variant, the same price the customer sees, stock, brand, GTIN and MPN, plus Organization, the return policy (MerchantReturnPolicy) and shipping costs (OfferShippingDetails). That is what Google, ChatGPT and Perplexity read to show your products with price and availability. If another module already publishes its own, this one steps aside to avoid duplicates.
llms.txt and robots.txt for AI bots
llms.txt is the summary of your store for AI assistants: what you sell, your policies, how to buy, categories and products with prices. The module serves it at the root of your store and per language, always up to date. In robots.txt you decide separately on search bots (OAI-SearchBot, PerplexityBot…) and training bots (GPTBot, ClaudeBot, Google-Extended…), with backup and rollback, and a counter tells you how often they visit. It also builds llms-full.txt, the long version with descriptions, features and the shipping and returns texts. In the back office you see a preview of the file, open it with one click and rebuild it whenever you want; it updates itself when products, categories or pages change.
Content fixes with preview and undo
What used to be just a warning is now fixed, always with a preview before applying and undo from the Changes tab: image alt text from the product and variant name, a default brand for products without one, a description draft for empty product pages built from the product's own data (no paid AI), and a template for the shipping and returns pages with delivery times and costs, in each store language.
WebMCP and Google UCP: a store the agent can use
With WebMCP and accessible names on buttons and icons, browser agents can search, view a product, add to cart, view the cart and read your policies. With Google UCP (Universal Commerce Protocol), the module publishes the /.well-known/ucp profile and receives the cart prepared by the agent so the customer confirms it on your checkout. It ships switched off, with rate limits, an optional key and a log. Checkout inside Google (Universal Cart with Google Pay) is only available today in the United States, Canada and Australia: the module includes it ready and switched off. More info

Frequently asked questions
What is an AI shopping agent?
An assistant such as ChatGPT, Google AI Mode or Perplexity that searches, compares and prepares the purchase for the customer. It reads the structured data, llms.txt and pages of your store to decide what to recommend.
Will my products show up in ChatGPT or Google AI Mode?
Nobody can promise that: each search engine decides. The module helps you meet what those agents read to understand and recommend a store, and shows you what is missing.
What is llms.txt and where is it published?
A text file at the root of your store (yourstore.com/llms.txt) with the summary for AI assistants. The module generates it per language and keeps it up to date.
What is Google UCP or Universal Cart?
The protocol Google's agents use to build the cart on your store. The module publishes your UCP profile and the cart handoff; checkout inside Google currently only works in the United States, Canada and Australia.
Is it compatible with my SEO or rich snippets module?
Yes. If another module already publishes JSON-LD or llms.txt, the audit detects it and this one steps aside. It works without overrides on PrestaShop 1.7, 8 and 9.
How do I know if my store is ready for AI agents?
Test it for free with the Línea Gráfica AI agent-ready store checker: it analyses the store in seconds and gives the same 0–100 score as the module, with what is missing. With the module installed, the diagnosis runs again by itself and emails you if the score drops.
Does the module write texts for me?
Only what can be taken from your own data, always with a preview: image alt text with the product and variant name, a default brand, description drafts from the short description, brand, category and features, and a shipping and returns template with your times and costs. No paid AI, and every change can be undone.
