1. Choose what each group sees and buys

In «Buying and minimums by group» all groups are in one table: show or hide prices, prices with or without tax, dual price and whether they can buy or only browse the catalog.

2. Set the minimum order

By group: minimum amount without tax, minimum units or multiples (boxes of 6, 12...). The customer sees a notice in the cart and cannot check out until it is met.

3. Turn on professional sign-up

Add company, tax ID/VAT number (with check digit validation) and equivalence surcharge to the sign-up form, required or optional.

4. Approve new accounts

New accounts wait in a group without prices. You get an email, approve or reject them from the «Requests» tab and the customer is notified.

5. Automate your groups

With group rules, customers join their group on their own by number of orders, spend, seniority, country or state, and you use PrestaShop prices and discounts by group.

It works with PrestaShop 1.7, 8 and 9 (up to 9.2, the latest version). The Línea Gráfica B2B module uses no overrides and does not modify your theme. It hides prices using PrestaShop's native settings. It also includes GDPR hooks.

Can I hide prices or purchasing from visitors and specific customer groups?

Yes, it hides prices from visitors or from the customer groups you choose. It also has a catalogue mode for each group, which removes the buy button and keeps prices visible. There is also a private shop mode where only logged-in customers can see the catalogue.

Can I set a different minimum order for each customer group?

Yes, you can set a minimum order for each customer group, either as an amount excluding VAT or as a minimum number of units. You can also require quantities to be ordered in multiples of X units, so each group has its own purchase conditions.

How does it handle B2B customer registration and approval?

The registration form asks for the company name, NIF/CIF/VAT number and equivalence surcharge (Spain's recargo de equivalencia). It validates Spanish NIF, NIE and CIF numbers, including the check letter. New business accounts are approved manually, with an email sent to both the admin and the customer, and you can give a reason when you reject an account.

Can it assign customers to groups automatically?

Yes, it creates automatic customer groups using rules based on number of orders, spend between two dates, customer seniority, country and province. A cron job assigns each customer to the right group according to those rules, so your best customers move into their group automatically.

Can I show prices with and without VAT at the same time?

Yes, it shows dual pricing, including and excluding VAT, on the product page and in product listings. You can also choose for each customer group whether prices are shown with or without VAT, so each group sees prices in the format you have set up.
