Danea Easyfatt connector for PrestaShop: products, prices, stock and orders

The Danea Easyfatt connector for PrestaShop links your management software with your online shop through Danea's official e-commerce integration: with «Aggiorna articoli», PrestaShop receives products, VAT-inclusive prices, price lists, stock, sizes and colours, categories, brands and photos; with «Scarica ordini», Easyfatt downloads orders and customers with tax code, VAT number, SDI code and PEC. Compatible with PrestaShop 9.2 and with PrestaShop 1.7, 8 and 9, no overrides.

Easyfatt and PrestaShop in sync without overwriting your catalogue

Safe mode is on by default: on the products you already have, only price, tax and stock change, and you decide whether Easyfatt also updates name, description, category, brand, technical data or photo. Before the first real send, the simulation receives the catalogue and tells you what it would create, update or remove without touching anything. Products that do not come from Easyfatt are never touched.

VAT-inclusive prices, price lists and stock exactly as in Easyfatt

Easyfatt's price with VAT is used as it is, as Danea recommends, and the net price is stored with 6 decimals: the shop shows the same amount, with no different rounding. The tax rule is chosen automatically from the VAT rate. Choose which of the 9 price lists is the shop price and which applies to each customer group; stock reaches the product or each variant.

Sizes and colours, categories, brands and photos

Easyfatt's variants become combinations with their own stock and EAN, in the attribute groups you choose or in «Taglia» and «Colore». The category tree is built from its path, the brand is assigned and the photos are requested from Easyfatt without duplicates. In a full send, whatever is no longer in Easyfatt is disabled, deleted or left, as you choose.

PrestaShop orders to Easyfatt with SDI code and PEC

With «Scarica ordini», Easyfatt receives the orders in the statuses you choose with the full customer: name or company, address, tax code (codice fiscale), VAT number (partita IVA), SDI recipient code and PEC, shipping, discounts, payment method and carrier. Each order goes out only once. The module adds optional SDI and PEC fields to the address form, and Easyfatt issues the electronic invoice.

Large catalogues, log and security

The catalogue is saved, Easyfatt gets its answer straight away and it is applied in batches with a time limit per request, so thousands of products do not hang Easyfatt or the hosting. Each sync is logged with new, updated, removed and errors. URLs carry a secret key and, if you want, a login and password; in multistore, each shop has its own.

Frequently asked questions about the Danea Easyfatt connector

Which version of Easyfatt do I need?

The one with the e-commerce integration: according to Danea, the Enterprise and Enterprise One editions of Easyfatt (for Windows). Easyfatt is the one that sends the items to the shop and downloads the orders when you click «Aggiorna articoli» and «Scarica ordini».

How is it set up?

Copy the product and order URLs that the module gives you into Easyfatt's e-commerce settings (and, if you want, the same login and password). Choose how products are matched (code = reference or barcode = EAN-13), the price list and which data are updated, run a simulation and then the first real send. The module includes step-by-step instructions.

What happens to the products I already have in the shop?

The first time, they are matched by reference or EAN-13. In safe mode only price, tax and stock change: your names, descriptions and photos stay as they are. Products that do not come from Easyfatt are never touched, not even in a full send.

Do the prices with VAT match Easyfatt?

Yes: Easyfatt's price with VAT is used as it is and the net price is stored with 6 decimals, so the shop shows the same amount, with no different rounding. The tax rule is assigned automatically from the VAT rate.

How do the SDI code and PEC reach Easyfatt?

The tax code and VAT number come from the PrestaShop address fields, and the module adds two optional fields for the SDI recipient code and the PEC. Easyfatt receives them with the customer of each order and issues the e-invoice; the module does not issue invoices.

Does it work with large catalogues and on any hosting?

The catalogue is saved and applied in batches with a time limit per request (20 seconds by default, adjustable), so Easyfatt is not left waiting. The module checks the file size your hosting accepts and warns you if it is too small; if a firewall blocks the photos, the help explains what to ask your hosting.

Can an order arrive twice?

No: each order is sent only once. If you need Easyfatt to download them again, you say so in the back office; and if Easyfatt asks for a range of dates or numbers, it gets every order in that range.

Is the sync automatic?

Easyfatt starts it when you click its buttons: the shop cannot open Easyfatt. The cron URL finishes whatever is pending and, if you want, imports the XML file saved from Easyfatt every time it changes.

Which PrestaShop versions is it compatible with?

PrestaShop 1.7, 8 and 9, up to 9.2, and PHP 7.1 to 8.5. It is multistore (each shop has its own URLs) and uses no overrides.
