Todoelectrónica is an online store specialising in alarms and security systems for homes and businesses. The brand has experienced steady growth and, together with Línea Gráfica, implemented an automation in Connectif designed to turn catalogue browsers into buyers.

The challenge

Todoelectrónica was generating solid results with Connectif, but users with clear purchase intent were leaving without converting. The goal: intercept that moment of hesitation and activate it.

Converting visits without purchase

We designed a behaviour-triggered flow in Connectif that activates at the moment interest is at its peak and the decision is still open.

Behavioural segmentation

We identified the threshold that signals active hesitation: three or more product visits in a single session without a purchase. From that point, the automation kicks in.

Buyer persona-based strategy

We adapted the automation to the user’s decision-making process, displaying the message once they had shown clear interest but had not yet completed their purchase.

We implemented a dynamic popup with a carousel of the user's most recently viewed products, bringing them back to their point of interest frictionlessly and at the right moment.

Continuous flow optimisation

We monitored performance from activation to refine the trigger logic, popup design and product selection.
