Fisiomarket is an online store specialising in equipment and supplies for healthcare professionals. The challenge

We identified a set of technical and operational challenges limiting Fisiomarket’s growth: from organic visibility and campaign performance to the ability to convert a professional buyer base into recurring customers.

Optimise crawl budget

The migration had introduced crawling issues and poor internal linking that prevented Google from indexing the catalogue efficiently.

Eliminate thin content

The business verticals needed greater content depth to meet the quality standards Google applies with particular rigour in the health sector.

Gain LLM visibility

Searches on ChatGPT, Perplexity and other LLMs were beginning to drive qualified traffic. Fisiomarket had no presence in those conversations.

Leverage the database

A professional buyer base with high purchase potential, but without the segmentation or automations needed to activate it.

Stimulate repeat purchases

Customers were buying, but purchase frequency and average order value had significant room for improvement.
