Chat with your customers on WhatsApp and take orders through WhatsApp. Customers fill the cart with as many products as they want and, with a single button, send you the whole order (products, quantities and total) on WhatsApp. The order is created in your shop as "WhatsApp: awaiting payment" and you settle payment and shipping in the chat. They can also share products with their contacts and talk to the department they choose.

IMPORTANT:

  • No payment is made through WhatsApp: the module only creates the order and leaves it in the status selected in the settings ("WhatsApp: awaiting payment" by default, which does not count as paid).
  • The default carrier is selected according to your settings.
  • Do not enable this feature if it does not suit the way your store operates.
