Major time savings

No more going back and forth in your back office to prepare your orders: you can now view and copy/paste the data you need from the pop-up window about:

  • the order: number, reference, status, date, payment method, order picker (shown once the order has been validated)
  • the products: image, name, attributes, product reference, supplier reference, quantity, unit price, shipping costs, discount, gift wrapping, total
  • the shipping: carrier, delivery and invoice address (company, first name, last name, address, address (2), postcode, city, state, country, landline, mobile phone, tax ID number, VAT number), gift wrapping, recycled packaging, tracking number
  • the message written by the customer during checkout + gift message
  • the customer: first name, last name, email

For long orders, the module adds a vertical scroll bar on the right-hand side of the window so you can reach all the order information inside the window.

Print the content of the window

Click the printer icon at the top right of the window (next to the cross that closes it) to print its content. Only the content of the window is printed, using the full width of the page (see our screenshots and try it in our demo).

Multistore compatible

The module is compatible with PrestaShop multistore and can be used across your different stores.

NOTE: The module is not compatible with Prestashop Cloud.

No more opening your orders one by one!

This module adds an icon next to each order on your "Orders" page. Just hover your mouse over the icon and the module automatically opens a pop-up window with the order details (no need to click the icon!).

Frequently asked questions

Which PrestaShop versions is Línea Gráfica's quick order view module compatible with?

It works with PrestaShop 1.7.0 to 9.2 and is compatible with multistore mode. It is not compatible with PrestaShop Cloud. The module only displays order data in the back office and does not store any data of its own.

What does the module do and who is it useful for?

It shows the details of each order in a pop-up window from the order list, without opening the order. It is useful for anyone who manages or prepares orders: you can copy and paste the data, and long orders get a vertical scroll bar.

Which order details can I see from the order list without opening the order?

The pop-up window shows the order number, reference, status, date and payment method; each product's image, name, attributes and references; quantity, unit price, discount and total; shipping costs, gift wrapping, carrier and shipment tracking number.

Does it show the tax and contact details of the order addresses?

Yes, it shows the full delivery and invoice addresses, with landline and mobile phone numbers, tax ID number and VAT number. It also includes the customer message and the gift message, visible from the order list without opening the order.

Can I print an order's details from the pop-up window?

Yes, the printer icon prints the window contents across the full width of the page. The window also shows who is preparing the order once it has been validated, plus the customer's first name, last name and email address.

Do I need to configure the module after installing it?

No, the module has no configuration page. Once installed, order details appear in a pop-up window in the order list, and a latest orders widget is added to the back office dashboard.
