This module allows you to give your customers a chance to hear their opinion, increase their trust thanks to the opinions of other customers and attract their attention more easily, in particular with the Google Rich Snippets system that allows you to optimize the visibility of your products on Google.

Widget store reviews
The widget contains a summary of reviews about your store and displays its average rating and a random comment. The link in the widget leads to a new page containing all reviews about the store.
For each review, the rating, title, comment, customer name and date are displayed. In addition, you have an option to reply to the comments (the reply will be displayed right after the comment and will be visible to all customers).
This page also includes a pagination system and you can choose the number of reviews displayed by default per page to make navigation easier for your customers.
The module allows you to add Google Rich Snippets for your products and store, the average rating (stars) and the number of reviews for each product on Google will be displayed in the search results for the corresponding product.
Request for feedback by email
The module sends an email to customers (only those who have placed an order) to request their feedback.
The link in the email takes customers to a page in your store where they can give their opinion (rating + title + comment) on the store and each of the products they have purchased.
The link is also available from the customer area (the module creates a new section “My reviews”). You can choose the type of review your customers can write (store and product reviews OR only store reviews OR only product reviews).
Automatic execution via Cron
Simply run the cron URL (provided within the module) to automatically send the feedback request to customers and update the latest feedback received in your store's front-office.
Complete control of opinions
You will receive an email notification every time a customer writes a review. You will only have to go to the two new tabs “Catalogue > Store reviews” and “Catalogue > Product reviews” created by our module in your back-office to manage reviews.
Upload old product and store reviews
The module contains 2 file uploaders that allow you to add your old reviews: one uploader for reviews about the store and another for reviews about the store.
To upload your old reviews, simply copy your reviews into a CSV file (one file for shop reviews and one file for product reviews) following the instructions inside the module and then upload the CSV file. All these reviews will be added to the module and displayed in the front-office.
We have also added a feature to export the module's store and product reviews to a CSV file for easy storage.

If you have the JPresta – Page Cache Ultimate module installed, you will need to disable the cache on product pages for our module to work properly.
The module now includes an option to "COMPLIANCE WITH DIRECTIVE (EU) 2019/2161" which will act in two ways:
The module sends feedback requests only to customers who have placed an order to avoid fabricated reviews. In addition, reviews can be displayed in your store's front office and on product pages. Users must be logged in to their customer account to be able to write a review.
The module allows to display awidgetfor your store reviews and you can choose from 105 designs for the widget (7 different models available in 15 colors) and you can easily place the block:
