Which PrestaShop versions is the Línea Gráfica Login as Customer module compatible with?
It works with PrestaShop from version 1.7.0 to 9.2. The Línea Gráfica module includes an upgrade script to version 1.1.0 that creates the lgloginascustomer_log table, which stores each time an employee logs in as a customer.
What does this module do and who is it for?
It lets store administrators and employees log in to a customer's account and act as if they were that customer: place an order from their cart, manage that cart or look into issues the customer has reported.
Do I need the customer's password to access their account?
No, the Línea Gráfica module does not require the customer's password. Its AJAX requests only work in the back office with a logged-in employee, and every access is logged with the employee who logged in and the date.
Is there a record of which employee logged in as each customer and of the orders placed?
Yes, the module records which employee logged in as each customer, the date of each access and the orders placed on the customer's behalf. In the configuration page you will find a list of accesses, a list of orders placed as a customer and a button to clear the access log.
Is it GDPR-compatible for deleting and exporting customer data?
Yes, it is compatible with PrestaShop's official GDPR module for data deletion and export. It implements the actionDeleteGDPRCustomer and actionExportGDPRData hooks for this. The Línea Gráfica module stores its access log in the lgloginascustomer_log table.
