How is this different from opening each order to change its status?
You don't have to open each order: every row of the order list shows a status selector. The change is recorded in the order history and the row then refreshes, so you see the new status right in the order list.
Can non-SuperAdmin employees use it? How does it handle permissions?
Yes. It works with SuperAdmin and with non-SuperAdmin employee profiles. Only profiles with Edit permission on Orders can change the status. Profiles without update permission don't see the selectors, and profiles with View permission on Orders get read-only access to the module.
Does the module process customers' personal data?
No. The Línea Gráfica module does not process personal data. It only changes order status from the back office order list and records that change in the order history, based on each employee profile's permissions on Orders.
