Toys “R” Us is one of those companies that we believe needs no introduction, but just in case: Leader in the toy and children's products industry, with stores in several countries around the world, Toys “R” Us is known for its wide selection of toys, games, baby products and other items for boys and girls of all ages.

Its main objective was to getting your promotional websites fully integrated with your CRM To achieve this, they decided to collaborate with our team to design and implement custom landings with specific functionalities integrated with its relational database.

When we received the assignment from Toys “R” Us, the first thing I thought about was putting together the best possible team to analyze the briefing and focus on the project. We saw that the client’s initial proposal could be “improved.” We proposed an alternative that would allow us to define a more solid system for future promotions and not a temporary project for just two specific promotions.

The client's initial idea was discarded after the project's consulting meeting. The objective was not only to make a one-off collaboration for a campaign but to leave the Promotional Landings system prepared in the most efficient way so that the model can be used as many times as necessary.

We approached the project with a multidisciplinary team that would ensure the success of the development from both a technological and business perspective. In detail, the work carried out by the team consisted of:

Integration with CRM: We successfully integrated the information collected through the landing pages with the client's CRM. This integration allowed for an efficient and up-to-date flow of information, facilitating lead management and communication with participants in promotions.

Design and development of campaign landings: We created custom landing pages that allowed users to participate in contests and promotions by attaching content such as drawings, photographs and other files. This interactive approach increased user engagement and encouraged further participationin promotions.

Improving user experience and brand perception: We work in the Optimizing navigation, loading speed and accessibility on mobile devices to offer an improved user experience. In addition, we ensured that the design and content of the landing pages reflected the brand identity, thus strengthening brand perception among users.
