modulo-prestashop-gestion-varios-almacenes
PrestaShop Multi-Warehouse Stock Management Module: Stock per Warehouse and Location

The PrestaShop Multi-Warehouse Stock Management module keeps the stock of every warehouse or physical store and every location (aisle, shelf and bin), decides which warehouse ships each order, records transfers between warehouses with their history, alerts you of low stock per warehouse, imports and exports stock in CSV and calculates the stock value of each warehouse. It runs read-only by default, without touching the PrestaShop stock, and works alongside your ERP. One-off payment of €49.99, no third-party accounts, no cron and no overrides. Compatible with PrestaShop 9.2 and with PrestaShop 1.7, 8 and 9, including multistore.

The advanced stock management PrestaShop removed in 1.7

PrestaShop 1.6 had “advanced stock management” with multiple warehouses. Since 1.7, each product has a single stock figure: you don't know how many units are in your warehouse, how many in your physical store and how many in the external warehouse, or where each one is. This module gives you that view back, with unlimited warehouses and stores, and adds what 1.6 never had: locations, transfers with statuses, alerts per warehouse and a value report.

Stock per warehouse and per location

For each product and combination you see, in every warehouse, the physical, reserved and available stock, its aisle, shelf and bin and its own minimum. You edit it in a list with filters by warehouse, product and low stock, and you also see it on the product page in the back office. Every change leaves a movement with who, when and why: manual adjustment, order, transfer, import or external change.

Which warehouse ships each order

When an order is validated, the module picks the warehouse: the highest-priority one that has the whole order, only among those that ship to the delivery country. If none has all of it, each product goes to the first one that has it and, if you enable it, it is split between several. Units are reserved on validation, leave the warehouse when the order reaches a shipped status, and come back when the order is cancelled or products are returned with restocking. On the order page you see which warehouse each line ships from, and you can change it.

Transfers between warehouses with history

Create a transfer with its lines, send it (it leaves the origin) and receive it at the destination when it arrives; while in transit, those units are in no warehouse. If a sent transfer is cancelled, it goes back to the origin. For quick moves, you can move stock instantly. Every transfer stays in the history.

Read-only by default: your PrestaShop stock is safe

On installation the module copies the current PrestaShop stock to a main warehouse and keeps its own records without writing to the shop. You can try it with real orders at no risk. When you want the shop to sell with the sum of your sellable warehouses, you turn on write mode: a backup of the PrestaShop stock is saved first and can be restored from the panel. If an ERP or another module changes the stock, the difference goes to an adjustment warehouse instead of being lost.

Combinations, packs and multistore

Each combination has its own stock per warehouse and PrestaShop still computes the product total. Packs follow their stock type: if they depend on their products, the items are deducted when sold. In multistore, warehouses are assigned to shops and shop groups that share stock are respected.

CSV, alerts and stock value

Import and export stock per warehouse in CSV by reference, EAN13 or id, as a stock count or a goods receipt, with a dry run that tells you what will change. Get an email when a product drops below its minimum in a warehouse, only once until it is restocked. And check the stock value of each warehouse at cost and at sale price, with the products that weigh the most.

Who it is for

Shops with their own warehouse and a physical store, with an external warehouse or logistics in several countries, or that simply want to know where every unit is. The module is translated into 10 languages, including English, Spanish, French, German, Italian, Polish, Portuguese and Romanian.
